Kinetic Advantage, LLC in Kansas City seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive dealer growth across our markets. You will fuel relationships between Kinetic Advantage and Independent Dealers, promote floorplan programs, and guide applications and activations with training and tools provided.

Travel to market visits, auctions, and dealer meetings is required, with collaboration across regional teams to ensure customer success from first contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and automotive industry knowledge a plus.
• Proven sales experience with dealer networks or automotive channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and qualify new dealers in the assigned region by phone, visits and referrals.
• Attend auctions to promote Kinetic Advantage and drive floorplan applications and loans.
• Attend state dealer association meetings to promote programs.
• Develop referral partnerships with regional businesses to expand the network.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals for calls, applications, activations, and volume.
• Maintain accurate leads and dealer data in the CRM and coordinate with DRM/ASM.
