Qualifications

• Must have experience in property management with multi-site responsibilities at either the Property Manager or Area Director level.
• Ability to travel 50–65% of the time.
• Familiarity with property management software and reading site-generated reports.
• Self-starter who works independently with strong organizational skills.
• Strong supervisory and people skills; ability to motivate teams and set clear goals.
• Solid accounting knowledge and experience with financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage client relationships and provide business insights to drive loyalty and profitability.
• Oversee and create an environment of ownership for a team of community/general managers.
• Develop and implement 5–10 year capital plans and annual operating budgets.
• Monitor income and operating expenses to meet budget goals and increase net operating income.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing policies and maintain professional communications with all contacts.
