Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants seeks an Area Manager to oversee a defined portfolio of properties, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction. You will coach on-site teams, execute market strategies, ensure compliance, and partner with regional leadership.

Responsibilities include strategic pricing, reporting to regional leadership, and leading multi-site teams with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; industry certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Yardi/Entrata/Asana/EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals through cost control, collections, and revenue strategies.
• Provide timely operational and financial reporting to regional leadership.
• Develop pricing and marketing plans based on market conditions and insights.
• Ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with policies.
• Lead on-site teams through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead meetings to align goals and standards, fostering clear communication.
• Set expectations, drive accountability, and support growth with hands-on leadership.
