Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a high-impact regional Sales Leader to head the direct Sales Executives and accelerate new business growth in the US market. You will define the regional GTM, align with Sales Operations, and drive territory planning to close opportunities and exceed revenue targets.

You will recruit and coach top performers, set territory quotas, manage forecasts, and cultivate senior relationships across customers, consultants, services, marketing, and partners for exceptional outcomes.

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Track record of new business sales success at C-level engagements.
• Strong capability in recruiting, coaching and leading sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region
• Build and drive sales strategy for the region with Sales Operations for effective Go-To-Market
• Engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence
• Develop territories and quota and communicate performance expectations
• Manage and report forecast and pipeline to the business
• Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and annual basis
• Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer requirements
• Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners and the executive team
• Retain and grow existing customers through non-sales engagement to deliver excellent experience
