Job summary

A10 Networks seeks a high-performing AI & Security Sales Specialist to drive net new revenue across AI, Security, and Application Security solutions in the Dallas region. You will own a regional quota, build executive relationships, and guide complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close.

The role requires a proven track record in cybersecurity, cloud, or AI sales, with strong prospecting skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or AI technologies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and driving net-new revenue.
• Experience building pipeline via prospecting and new customer acquisition, not only inbound or existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue target for AI, Security, and Application Security solutions.
• Develop and execute region-specific GTM strategies for new customer acquisition and pipeline generation.
• Prospect into CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, data science teams, and other stakeholders to create opportunities.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from engagement to close.
• Forecast accurately and communicate pipeline health and market trends to leadership.
