SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Regional Agronomic Sales Manager for the Southeast region. This remote role covers GA and TN with frequent travel, leading a team of sellers to expand market share and revenue.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in sales leadership within green industry markets, a strategic mindset, and strong CRM/Microsoft Office skills. Expect competitive compensation and advancement opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the green industry, agronomics, civil construction, lawn care, golf course maintenance, or related markets.
7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.
Proven ability to lead through influence, inspire teams, and drive accountability.
Strong strategic planning, business development, coaching, and talent management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies that achieve revenue, gross margin, and drive market share growth.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of professional sellers to maximize performance and professional growth.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, customer engagement, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
