Job summary

Compass International Holdings’ Coldwell Banker team is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to be the heart of our offices, supporting agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts to help operations run smoothly and strategically. As an RSS, you’ll be based in a branch and stay connected with the regional support team, agents, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, real estate office advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and their marketing use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems (PCs, Macs, Mobile) and software navigation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences including agents, managers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, and able to multi-task; nimble with shifting priorities.
• Willingness to travel to additional offices in the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices; promote support options.
• Assist agents with technology, process, or operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents; manage office social media accounts on-demand.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture and reinforce agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with other teams to address transaction-related questions or issues.
