Coldwell Banker seeks a Regional Support Specialist to assist agents, branch leaders and marketing teams. Based in a branch office, you will work with the regional support team to troubleshoot systems, coordinate schedules, and support social media campaigns.

You will promote a collaborative office culture and act as a resource for tools and processes. You’ll gain exposure to marketing platforms and office operations while helping clients and agents navigate daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service experience preferred, real estate office experience a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and their marketing use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms; ability to navigate software.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices.
• Support agents with technology, processes, or operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts.
