Coldwell Banker is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to be the heartbeat of our branch offices. Based in a Texas region, you will support agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts to keep daily operations running smoothly and strategically.

You’ll troubleshoot office systems, assist with scheduling, and contribute to social media marketing with in-house tools. The role suits organized, tech-savvy individuals who enjoy helping people in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, real estate office experience advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and their marketing use.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and able to navigate computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients in our offices, promoting available support teams and services.
• Support agents with technology, processes, or operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address transaction-related questions or issues.
• Assist with agent onboarding, training on company tools, and orientation.
• Greet and direct agents and clients, maintain office organization, and coordinate with facilities/IT.
