Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, with prior experience in a real estate office advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) required and understanding of how these platforms are used in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with various operating systems (PCs, Macs, Mobile) and ability to navigate computer software required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including agents, branch managers, customers, vendors and internal support teams.
• Customer-focused, delivery-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task; nimble and adaptable to priorities.
• Willingness to travel to additional offices in the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting our offices and promote the teams available to support them.
• Assist agents with technology, processes, or operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts on-demand.
• Support Branch Leader with office culture, promotional items, and sales meeting coordination.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of new agents; collaborate with Branch Manager on business plans.
• Collaborate with facilities and IT to maintain office items and supplies.
