Job summary

Galderma seeks an Aesthetic Business Manager in Hollywood, FL to drive revenue by selling the full Aesthetic portfolio to healthcare providers and practices. The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and travel about 80%. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 base plus commission, with comprehensive benefits and sponsorship

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota-driven role; dermatology, medical devices, or aesthetic sales preferred.
• Demonstrated success in territory growth, account development, pipeline management, and new business acquisition.
• Strong business acumen to interpret financial drivers and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue through strategic planning and consultative selling.
• Close new business opportunities and manage accounts to drive ROI and growth.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities.
• Lead training events, workshops, and staff in-services to drive product adoption.
