Qualifikationen

• Experience in building territory plans and closing new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels, including physicians and practice owners.

• Own territory revenue performance through strategic business planning, consultative selling, and disciplined account management, consistently achieving quota.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities through consultative selling and relationship-based account management.
• Partner with practice owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand business goals and recommend customized portfolio solutions.
• Drive demand generation through promotional programs, training events, and educational workshops.
• Lead and coordinate HCP training programs and business development events to enhance product adoption.
