Galderma Laboratories is seeking a Regional Manager to support the Area Executive Director in managing Account Managers and territories, driving revenue growth and market penetration in designated areas. You will coach AMs, build strong physician relationships, and identify Target Accounts to expand partnerships with Alastin accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in aesthetic sales, a BA/BS, and strong leadership and planning skills.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 5 or more years Aesthetic sales experience.
• Effective coaching, training, leadership, and development skills.
• Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get others to buy in to Self-reliant, highly organized with the ability to make solid business decisions.
• Enjoy selling.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Directly manage the sales and strategic activities of designated Account Managers/Territories who report to the RM.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with designated Account Managers and support their growth through coaching and development of leadership skills.
• Improve partnerships by supporting designated AMs to strengthen relationships with physicians/support staff through specialty account management.
• Work with AMs and AEDs to identify Key Target Accounts for each designated territory.
• Align business decisions with strategic goals by demonstrating knowledge of market, competition and profitability.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors, Strategic Account Managers, Area Trainers, and National Training when appropriate.
• Increase investment of resources in Key Accounts by assisting AMs with meetings, trainings, and account analyses.
• Spend a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the field alongside an Account Manager.
