Job summary

Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking a Regional Admin Manager to oversee administration across the Atlanta region and satellite offices. You will manage staff, coordinate projects and events, and support operations with BI reporting and ERP/CRM systems.

The role requires travel to SE regional offices (10%–15%) and strong leadership, budgeting input, and process improvement capabilities. A business degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Business degree preferred with 5+ years of Administrative Management / Administration Operations Management / Multi-Branch Administration Management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the administration staff through coaching and training.
• Direct administration tasks across the Region and coordinate projects, events, and meetings.
• Review performance against company goals and establish improvement targets.
• Provide reports from company software for operations/management review.
• Audit commission and incentive programs within the Region.
