DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager in the Atlanta area to lead an outside sales team selling commercial doors and related products. You will drive growth with business-to-business sales strategies, manage key accounts, and mentor reps to maximize closing ratios.

The role requires travel, a proven leadership record, and the ability to develop proposals from initial contact to final close. You’ll work with CRM tools to track opportunities and performance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant B2B sales management experience.
• Proven track record in business-to-business sales and leading outside sales reps.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an outside sales team selling door and related products to commercial/industrial clients.
• Meet personal and team sales objectives and grow revenue in Atlanta, Athens and surrounding areas.
• Develop scope of work for proposals and guide customers from initial contact to closing.
