Bayer is seeking a Regional Account Director – Oncology to drive account strategy and growth across Orange County, San Diego and Hawaii. The role requires building executive relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering cross-functional account plans for the Oncology portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma/healthcare with 3+ years in pharma account management, and strong skills in budgeting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of pharma/healthcare experience with 3+ years in pharma account management.
• Experience with IDN, hospital and/or community oncology/urology channels.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute key account plans for Oncology portfolio.
• Build relationships with C- and D-level stakeholders and conduct business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities.
• Monitor product pathway status and ensure appropriate positioning.
• Provide area strategy support and KPI tracking across the territory.
