Bayer is seeking a Regional Account Director for Oncology covering Orange County, CA, San Diego, CA and Hawaii. The role focuses on key account strategy, cross-functional execution, and building relationships with IDNs, hospitals, and large oncology/urology accounts.

The position requires 5+ years in pharma/healthcare, strong budget and analytics skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Compensation includes base salary range and potential bonus; located in the US with flexible site options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of pharma and/or other healthcare-related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical account management in IDN/hospital/community oncology & urology.
• Subject matter expertise in community oncology/urology GPO models and offerings.
• Demonstrated skills in business planning, contracting, and analytics.
• Cross-functional influence and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep understanding of customer channels and market dynamics across Oncology.
• Experience in budget management.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders (C- and D-level).
• Develop, implement, and measure cross-functional account plans to unlock growth.
• Lead QBRs and conduct business reviews with accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address clinical, operational, and financial topics.
