Job summary

DLRdmv seeks a Regional Account Manager to own client onboarding, provide on-site and remote support, and guide the implementation of our Title & Registration solutions. You will manage the onboarding lifecycle across client accounts and train dealership personnel to maximize adoption.

Travel is required, up to 75% in-state, with a combination of in-person and remote interactions. Strong CRM/BI tooling experience and a proven SaaS account-management track record are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Excellent time-management in autonomous environment.
Dynamic social skillset.
Proven track record of account management in SaaS/Software.
Highly organized, self-starting, team player.
DMV or Automotive industry experience (preferred).
Ability to navigate and utilize Salesforce.com (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding process with clients.
Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation.
Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Leverage CRM & Business Intelligence management tools to analyze data and automate processes.
Deliver on client satisfaction goals and targets.
Develop trust relationships with clients.
