Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Outdoor Living Products (OL) to own contractor demand for decking products across a designated territory.

You will defend business, grow share of wallet, and drive premium product adoption by coordinating with channel managers and field teams. Responsibilities include account planning, regular business reviews, and translating feedback into product and pricing improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in building products or construction-related industries.
• 1+ years of experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to travel outside of local market up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Own downstream contractor demand for decking products within an assigned segment.
• Defend business by maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Grow market share and expand premium product adoption.
• Develop structured account plans and execute growth targets for each key account.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess goals and needs.
• Forecast account performance using data and CRM records.
