James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Cincinnati to own downstream contractor demand for Exteriors and Outdoor Living products.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will defend business, grow market share, and drive premium product adoption across assigned accounts. Responsibilities include building dealer relationships, territory planning, campaigns, and CRM-based forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience with a high level of organization and self-structure.
• 1+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to travel outside local market up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license is required and driving eligibility standards must be met.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customer accounts through engagement and value‑added support.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts; ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption, increase share of wallet, and align with customer needs.
• Develop structured account plans and execute growth targets for key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to assess goals and needs.
• Maintain account profiles and pipeline in CRM; forecast performance and identify trends.
