Ethos Risk Services, a leading insurance claims investigation and medical management company, is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to grow our Midwest client partnerships. This remote role includes travel and is ideal for candidates based in Midwest states.

You will win new business and expand existing relationships in medical management and investigative services, using a consultative sales approach to present Ethos solutions, guide clients through the sales cycle, and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior B2B sales experience in insurance, risk management, healthcare, or professional services required.
• Familiarity with claims-related stakeholders and workers' compensation, auto and liability claims knowledge preferred.
• Experience with nurse case management, IME, utilization review or medical bill review services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed outreach goals with 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in person).
• Pursue new clients and deepen relationships with existing accounts using a consultative approach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including proposals and contracts.
• Keep Salesforce updated with activities, meetings and progress toward goals.
• Attend networking events, conferences and trade shows to grow brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoffs.
