Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support and grow client partnerships across the Midwest. This remote role includes occasional travel and is ideal for candidates based in Midwest states.

You will drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within medical management and investigative services, using a consultative sales approach to present Ethos' solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales required.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation and related claims processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed outreach goals with 2-3 client meetings weekly, including travel.
• Grow and expand client relationships using a consultative sales approach.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close, including proposals and contracts.
• Maintain Salesforce with all activities and progress toward goals.
• Represent Ethos at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handoffs.
