The Opportunity

Hint seeks a Regional Account Manager (RAM) passionate about customer relationships and growth in the beverage market. The RAM will manage external distributor relationships in their region, serve as the primary company representative for retailers, and focus on achieving revenue and profit targets. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new opportunities, and engaging with key customers to ensure satisfaction and stay informed on product trends.

Preferred locations are in the greater New York City area. This is a remote position requiring weekly account visits and distributor interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage retailers and distributor relationships to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Guide distributor teams on store focus and sales maximization
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to maximize sales
  • Conduct distributor team meetings to align on brand standards
  • Develop strategies with Sales Leadership and support execution
  • Use analytics to improve market performance
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and execution of promotional events
  • Work in the field approximately 50% of the time

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • 5-8 years in sales within a consumer-packaged goods company (beverage preferred)
  • Proven ability to set and achieve goals
  • High customer service orientation
  • Adaptability, stress management, professionalism
  • Experience with store-level promotions and proven sales skills

Benefits

  • Base salary $85,000-$100,000, depending on territory and experience
