I have several roles open in multiple locations, so I have posted this role as a generic remote location, but the rep will cover a designated territory, and I will connect with you if your location aligns to the locations, I have open.

We’re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial-minded Sales Specialist to lead business development efforts in the critical care space across a high-potential territory. This is a pure hunting role—ideal for someone who loves building something big from the ground up and converting competitive business into long-term wins.

  • Own a lucrative territory with significant whitespace and untapped potential.
  • Represent innovative, high-performance solutions that make a real difference in ICU and ER environments.
  • Collaborate with a powerhouse internal team committed to your success—including marketing, clinical specialists, and leadership.
  • Maximize earning potential with a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and $200-250K+ OTE depending on location.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business in acute care hospitals by targeting critical care departments and converting competitive accounts.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and execute a territory plan that delivers results.
  • Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations that solve real clinical challenges.
  • Partner with internal experts to support evaluations, installations, and long-term customer success.
  • Own your sales cycle from discovery to close—and keep customers coming back with proactive support and high-touch service.
  • Collaborate across divisions to amplify market impact and drive strategic growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A proven track record in medical or capital equipment sales (hospital experience preferred)
  • You're a fearless prospector and confident closer with cold calling chops
  • You understand complex selling and how to build value in a competitive environment
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage clinical and executive stakeholders
  • You’re strategic, organized, and thrive in a high-energy, team-driven culture

What You Get in Return:

  • Base Salary + uncapped commissions, $205K+ OTE
