Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Regional Account Executive for Multifamily to close new multifamily business and expand existing portfolios. You will partner with SDRs, strategists, and leadership on high‑value deals.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, nurture inbound and warm meetings, and manage deals with owners, operators, and marketing leaders, crafting proposals and negotiating with our strategists.

Qualifications

• Requires years in a quota‑carrying closing role.
• Experience selling into multifamily or marketing/agency services to similar buyers.
• Demonstrated ability with long consultative sales cycles (3–12 months).
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups.
• Convert inbound inquiries and warm meetings booked by SDRs into signed contracts.
• Engage with multiple decision makers (owners, operators, marketing leaders).
• Create proposals, presentations and negotiate alongside strategists.
• Grow the multifamily accounts after initial engagement.

What You Bring
