This consultative closer role rewards a confident communicator who thrives in virtual selling, discovery, and multi-step sales cycles. Expect to own the end-to-end process while expanding key client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in quota carrying closing roles.
• Selling to multifamily owners or marketing agencies to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative sales cycles (3–12 months).
• Strong executive presence and ability to sell remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups from discovery to close.
• Book warm meetings via SDRs and inbound leads and convert to signed contracts.
• Engage with multiple decision makers (owners, operators, marketing leaders).
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations and negotiate with strategists.
• Grow the multisite multifamily accounts after first engagement.

What You Will Own

• The full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios, from discovery through close.
• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the multifamily accounts you close after the first engagement.

What You Bring

• Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or were handed and closed yourself.
• Selling into multifamily, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.
