As Regional Account Executive for Multifamily, you will close new multifamily business and grow the accounts you win, collaborating with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high-value deals.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, handle warm meetings and inbound opportunities, and interact with owners, operators and marketing

Qualifications

• Years in a quota carrying closing role with self-sourced or handed deals.
• Experience selling into multifamily or similar agency services.
• Experience with long consultative sales cycles (3–12 months).
• Strong executive presence and comfortable selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle with multifamily owners and PM groups from discovery to close.
• Handle warm meetings booked by SDRs and inbound opportunities into signed contracts.
• Engage multiple decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Create proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate with strategists.
• Grow accounts after first engagement.

• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the multifamily accounts you close after the first engagement.

What You Bring

• Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or were handed and closed yourself.
• Selling into multifamily, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.
