Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a named account executive for multifamily to close new business and expand existing portfolios. You will lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, working with SDRs, strategists, and leadership in a consultative, virtual selling environment.

You will manage deals with owners, operators, and marketing leaders, crafting proposals and negotiations with our strategists while growing key accounts after initial engagements.

Qualifikationen

As Named Account Executive for Multifamily, you close new multifamily business and grow the accounts you win, working with our SDRs, strategists and leadership on high value deals. This is a consultative closer role for a confident communicator who excels in virtual selling, deep discovery and managing multi step sales cycles.

• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the multifamily accounts you close after the first engagement.

What You Bring

• Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or were handed and closed yourself.
• Selling into multifamily, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.
