Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Account Executive for Multifamily to close new multifamily business and grow existing accounts. You will work with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high value deals across the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.

You will engage owners, operators and marketing leaders, craft proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. This role emphasizes remote selling with executive presence and long, consultative cycles.

Qualifications

• Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or were handed and closed yourself.
• Selling into multifamily, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
