Qualifications

• Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or closed yourself.
• Selling into multifamily or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups, from discovery through close.
• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deal with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Create proposals, presentations and negotiation with strategists.
• Grow the multifamily accounts you close after the first engagement.
