Kerecis seeks a Regenerative Surgical Specialist to drive growth across hospitals and clinics, focusing on ORs where you will promote SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide. You will build new accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers, delivering an outstanding patient and practitioner experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven ability to develop new business in hospitals and close large-scale contracts.
• Experience calling on surgeons and training staff.
• High-energy, flexible, results-oriented.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a multinational environment.
• Strong strategic and analytical sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide at burn accounts.
• Manage revenues aligned with targets; deepen existing accounts.
• Conduct in-services and education with OR staff.
• Report sales and forecasts using CRM; maintain customer data.
• Educate customers on reimbursement.
• Support go-to-market strategy with Regional Business Director.
• Travel as required.
• Uphold ethics and compliance.
