Job summary

Kerecis is seeking a Regenerative Surgical Specialist for the Boston suburbs. You will work with hospitals and clinics to grow the territory, educating OR staff and surgeons on SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide, while building a robust pipeline in Pipedrive.

The role reports to the Regional Business Director in Direct Sales, requires 5+ years of medical sales, and frequent travel. You must be capable in high-energy, strategic planning and closing large hospital contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms.
• Experience developing new business in hospitals and closing large contracts.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical approach to sales planning and execution.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide to operating rooms, surgeons, clinics, and burn accounts.
• Manage revenues, focusing on new accounts and expanding within existing ones.
• Educate customers on product reimbursement and conduct in-services as needed.
• Maintain CRM data in Pipedrive and report sales forecasts.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy for the territory.
