Kerecis is looking for a Regenerative Surgical Specialist to cover the Dallas area. You will drive sales of SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide by engaging with hospitals, surgeons and clinics, and expanding key accounts.

You will participate in in-services, education, and reimbursement discussions, while reporting via Pipedrive and maintaining CRM data. This is a field-based role with travel across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, science, or medical field.
• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven high achievement in sales.
• Experience calling on surgeons and closing large hospital contracts.
• High-energy, creative, flexible and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
• Self-motivated with limited supervision.
• Strongs strategic/analytical approach to sales planning and execution.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Team player with leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide in designated territory.
• Sell and manage revenues focusing on new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Work with OR staff for in-services and education as necessary.
• Report sales and forecasts using Pipedrive and other tools.
• Maintain customer information in Pipedrive CRM.
• Inform customers on reimbursement of Kerecis products.
• Utilize marketing and sales/education tools.
• Assist Regional Business Director on go-to-market strategy.
• Travel to corporate offices and meetings as needed.
• Adhere to AdvaMed Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
