Job summary

Kerecis is seeking a Regenerative Surgical Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to drive sales in operating rooms and hospitals across the territory. You will promote SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide, build new business, and nurture existing accounts while coordinating with the Direct Sales team.

The role requires five-plus years in medical sales, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel frequently in a multinational setting. Reports to the territory's Regional Business Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree, preferably in Business, Science, or Medical field.
• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven sales success with hospital contracts and surgeons.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide at burn accounts.
• Develop new business in hospitals; call on surgeons and close large contracts.
• Report sales and forecasts using Pipedrive; maintain CRM data.
• Educate customers on product reimbursement and utilization.
• Assist in go-to-market strategy and travel to corporate offices as needed.
