Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma, a division of Tiger Aesthetics, seeks an Aesthetics Territory Manager to promote our regenerative aesthetics portfolio to medical spas and dermatology practices in the Pacific Northwest. This field-based role requires frequent client visits within the assigned territory.

You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Favorable background investigation clearance required.
• Experience in sales management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives of progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales quotas.
• Answer questions about features, pricing and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Share best practices with other territories to support a cohesive sales approach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their business objectives.
• Keep current with industry trends, regulations, and standards.
