Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma seeks an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive sales across the Pacific Northwest from a hybrid Idaho-based role. You will travel within the territory to engage clinics, present our regenerative product portfolio, and expand customer relationships.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales leadership, a business-related degree, and the ability to work independently while meeting quarterly targets in a fast-paced medical spa market.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teammates to meet quotas.
• Answer questions about features, pricing and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their objectives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory standards.
