Acacia Network in New York City seeks an Intake & Recruitment Specialist to conduct initial client intakes, assess eligibility, and support recruitment for a refugee workforce development program. The role is based at the headquarters with local travel.

You will create outreach materials, attend job fairs, build partnerships, document client information, and coordinate with case managers to connect clients with employment and training resources.

Competenze

• Associates Degree preferred in Marketing, Social Work, Human Services, or related field; combo of education and experience considered.
• At least 1 year Outreach/Recruitment experience in human services/workforce development with multicultural or refugee settings.
• At least 6 months Intake experience in similar programs with multicultural or refugee settings.
• Experience with diverse refugee/immigrant populations; understanding of cultural, social, and economic challenges.
