Job summary

Ccdoc is seeking a Case Aide to coordinate direct case management for participants, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and agency policies. The role involves working with staff and volunteers to support self-sufficiency and may require travel for home visits and outreach activities.

The position supports the Catholic Diocese of Charlotte and requires high school education, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to interact with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school or equivalent.
• Experience with diverse cultures preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, volunteers, clients and the public.
• Fluency in a foreign language is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case coordination and intake assessments; develop service plans.
• Advocate for clients and connect them to social services and employment resources.
• Maintain case files and required documentation for CMIS and RIS databases.
• Conduct home visits as needed to address health, safety, and job readiness.
• Maintain relationships with staff and external resources to coordinate services.
• Represent the refugee program and agency in the community and respond to inquiries.
