Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a dedicated Caseworker to provide trauma-informed services to refugees and ORR-qualified immigrants, supporting positive integration and client self-sufficiency.

You will develop service plans, coordinate with partners, and ensure culturally competent care, while maintaining documentation and reporting to meet program requirements and client needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of case management experience in a social services environment.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake services and develop self-sufficiency plans with clients.
• Input client information in databases and assist with tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and partner organizations.
• Provide comprehensive case management including benefits applications.
• May train and lead volunteers and interns.
