Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Case Manager on pre-arrival activities and housing.
• Conduct airport reception and home safety orientation for arriving refugees.
• Complete applications for Social Security cards and public benefits timely.
• Document visits and case activity per ORR guidance.
• Provide transportation for refugee services as required.
• Assist clients with referrals and completing applications and forms.
• Maintain client records and daily maintenance of files.
• Identify community resources that are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
