Job summary

The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants in Atlanta is seeking a Case Manager for the Program of Initial Resettlement. The role provides direct services to newly arrived refugees, coordinating housing, healthcare, and social services.

You will work under the Senior Field Office Director, manage case files, and support clients through the resettlement period. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in case management are required, with flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in case management or social work preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange housing, healthcare, social services, and interpretation for refugees in Atlanta.
• Maintain case files and prepare written reports.
• Provide cross-cultural information and orient refugee families.
• Connect clients with community networks for long-term integration.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and coordinate referrals with partners.
• Ensure linguistically and culturally appropriate service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
