Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is seeking a Case Aide to support the Refugee Resettlement program in the Houston area. Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients and Case Managers, conveying important information and addressing client concerns.
• Provide translation and interpretation services as needed to facilitate communication between clients and program staff or external service providers.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to refugees as they navigate the challenges of resettlement.
