Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations strongly preferred.
• Experience providing customer service, case management support, or community outreach preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate pre-arrival and post-arrival services to assist clients.
• Support airport pickups, housing setup, food assistance, transportation, and orientation.
• Assist clients in navigating community resources and essential services.
• Conduct client intake and assess needs and priorities.
• Develop individualized self-sufficiency plans and SMART goals with each client.
• Provide referrals and follow up on service connections and appointments.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely documentation.
• Document client interactions, services provided, referrals, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with coworkers and partner organizations.
• Use a personal vehicle or public transportation to travel within the service area.
• Other duties as assigned.
