Job summary

• Experience working with refugee or immigrant populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre- and post-arrival services to ensure housing, food, medical care, and transportation.
• Provide client-centered case management including access to benefits, housing, mental health, medical care and school enrollment.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop self-sufficiency plans with clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals and optimize resource use.
• Document interactions and input data into databases per program requirements.
• Collaborate with coworkers and external partners to support clients.
• Travel within service area using personal or public transport to assist clients.
• May supervise volunteers and interns as needed.
