Tropic Supply, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our refrigeration business in the Orlando area. You will own the territory, building trust with contractors and expanding Tropic’s presence through proactive outreach and expert knowledge.

Base plus commission, car allowance, and provided phone and laptop, support a high-engagement field role. This is a non-transactional position emphasizing relationship-building and market development.

Qualifications

• Experience in refrigeration, HVACR, or technical B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
• Willingness to spend substantial time in the field meeting customers and prospects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the refrigeration market across the Orlando area.
• Spend full days in the field meeting current customers and pursuing new prospects.
• Identify opportunities by understanding contractor needs and project timelines.
• Provide timely quotations and collaborate with support teams to deliver solutions.
• Train and support internal teams to strengthen local product knowledge.
• Share market insights to support inventory planning and strategy.
