Henderson Engineers is seeking a mid- to senior-level Refrigeration Designer to contribute expertise across multiple market sectors. You will integrate engineering knowledge with field experience from Henderson Building Solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, fire protection or architectural engineering preferred.
3 years of relevant experience with degree; 6 years without degree.
Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu is required.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC design software (IESVE, Trane Trace).

Responsibilities

Perform calculations and designs of engineering systems with a high degree of independence.
Prepare electrical system layouts, drawings, and schematics.
Review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specs.
Research feasibility of systems or equipment and evaluate products.
Support business development and client relationship activities.
Learn and apply software such as Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
Coordinate project delivery, scope and schedule with teams and clients.
Train or assist others as needed.
