• Selected candidate must maintain 4.0 points or less prior to transferring into job.
• No written warnings or suspensions in the last 6 months.
• Selected candidate will be given a 2-week trial period.
• Must submit a resume.

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.

Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner

There is potential to progress quickly within levels based on completed training and demonstrated skills on the job with a shift increase for third shift. We have open positions for third shift. Leveling (pay) is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience.

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

This full-time, third-shift refrigeration maintenance position is forTyson Foods - Vernon, Texas, location. The successful candidate will beresponsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all refrigeration/HVAC equipment. Position will work with scissor lifts, scaffolds, industrial pallet jacks and various chemicals and lubricants and will be responsible for welding, soldering, and assembling equipment.

Requirements:

• Must have refrigeration/HVAC and electrical experience.


• Must be willing and able to be available as a member of our emergency response team.
