Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a high-risk industry such as refining, petrochemical, or chemical processing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; AA or BS Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel as well as CMMS software.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all Role Specific Competencies.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily activities of metals mechanics, contractors, and support crafts to maintain refinery equipment and facilities.
• Lead pre-job meetings and communicate changes to work crews.
• Review and execute maintenance schedules and work packages; coordinate with Planner for changes.
• Provide feedback on planning deficiencies and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Oversee overtime and off-hour coverage for employees and contractors.
