Job summary

Monroe Energy, LLC is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to lead rotating equipment repair in the on-site shop and refinery units. You will supervise union and non-union mechanics, vendors, and the tool room, coordinating with Maintenance Planning and Reliability Engineering to create repair plans for pumps, turbines, motors, and related equipment.

Qualifications

5-8 years of supervisory experience in repairing complex industrial rotating equipment.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel as well as CMMS software.
Demonstrated proficiency in all of Role Specific Competencies.

Responsibilities

Lead rotating equipment repair work in the on-site machine shop and refinery units (pumps, turbines, motors, fans).
Oversee union and non-union mechanics, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, cost-effective completion of tasks.
Supervise the tool room and coordinate with Maintenance Planning and Reliability Engineering to develop and execute repair plans.
Ensure maintenance work complies with safety, engineering, and regulatory standards.
