Job summary

Monroe Energy in Pennsylvania seeks a Machine Shop Supervisor to lead repairs of rotating equipment across the on-site machine shop and refinery units. You will supervise union and non-union mechanics, contractors, and the tool room to ensure safe, cost-effective work.

You will partner with Maintenance Planning and Reliability Engineering to develop repair plans and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards while guiding craft teams to achieve scheduled objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of supervisory experience in repairing complex rotating equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel; CMMS software experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead repairs of rotating equipment in the machine shop and refinery units.
• Supervise union and non-union personnel and contractors; oversee tool room operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planning and Reliability Engineering to develop repair plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, engineering and environmental standards.
• Attend daily scheduling meetings and coordinate with other crafts to resolve issues.
